Welcome to Frida Apartment, a prestigious, fully furnished apartment designed with Roche Bobois, located on the 1st floor with lift of a quiet residence in Sévrier, less than 15 minutes' walk from Lake Annecy beaches. It welcomes up to 6 travellers in an elegant and bright setting, with magnificent mountain views.

Colourful artworks, designer lighting and careful finishes: you'll feel right at home, just a stone's throw from the lake.

The accommodation comprises:

A few useful clarifications:
A security deposit will be taken via bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting your bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.

Beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), tea towels, bath mats and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, toilet rolls, etc.) are included in the service as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed (travel cot type) and a high chair upon request.

Your agency LLA Selections has a dedicated private concierge service to help you organise your stay. You will find all available services in the "Sophie's Services" section of our website. You can book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages, etc. directly online. A link will also be sent to you as soon as your booking has been confirmed.

About Sévrier:
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Sévrier, approximately 15 minutes' walk from the lake and beach. The cycle path along the lake is 2 minutes by bike, and shops (bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc.) are 5 minutes by car. The SIBRA Y51 and 15 bus lines (Sévrier - Riant Port stop) allow you to reach Annecy town centre in approximately 15 minutes.

Sévrier is a human-sized commune at the gates of Annecy. Nestled between the pure waters of the lake and the Semnoz, Sévrier offers a genuine array of pleasures: numerous water sports activities, cycling pleasures with the cycle path and climbs to the Col de Leschaux and Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Écomusée du Lac d'Annecy and the Musée Paccard. On the water sports side, the town obtained the "France Station Nautique" label in 2013.

Nearby, numerous activities can be enjoyed:

In summer:
- Cycling (the cycle path is 2 minutes by bike)
- Hiking: Mont Veyrier, Tournette or Cascade d'Angon
- Sailing, pedalo, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddling, water skiing (we will be delighted to put you in touch with our Annecy partner)
- Paragliding: you will have the opportunity to see them take off at Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: guaranteed daily spectacle!
- Medium mountain walks from Montmin (15 min), Mont Veyrier (10 min), Parmelan or Clusaz (20 min)
- Summer toboggan from Clusaz resort
- An adventure park at Talloires (15 min) or Tamié (40 min)

In winter:
- Cross-country skiing, downhill skiing or sledging from the nearby family resort of Montmin
- Also available at Clusaz or Grand Bornand (20 min), Les Saisies (40 min), Les 3 Vallées (approximately 1h15)
