Welcome to this magnificent 78 m² duplex (+ 16 m² mezzanine), nestled within a 5★ luxury residence, ideally located at the departure point of the Bossonnet ski lifts in La Clusaz, just a few hundred metres from the village amenities.

Spread over two levels and able to accommodate 8 to 10 people, this exceptional apartment gives you access to the residence's private wellness area (swimming pool and sauna) from 9am to 9pm. (45-minute slots to be booked the day before for the following day.)

1st level:

Some useful information:
Beds will be made on your arrival according to the number of registered guests; towels (2 per person), tea towels, bath mats and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 4 toilet rolls per wc…) are included in the service as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide you free of charge with a travel cot and a high chair on request.

Welcome to this 150 m² duplex apartment, located on the 3rd and top floors of a brand new chalet, ideally positioned facing the ski lift, just a few steps from the centre of La Clusaz. Ski in/ski out in winter, hiking trails in summer, everything is within reach!

Able to accommodate up to 11 people, this exceptional apartment combines contemporary Savoyard décor, wood and minerals for a modern, warm and cosy atmosphere. Its 60 m² living area with fireplace and its 15 m² terrace with breathtaking views of the Aravis Massif make it an extraordinary property.
